Position: Customer Service, Union Office Interiors, Wilmington, MA
Summary: Union Office Interiors is a dynamic, fast-paced, growing office furniture dealership and we are looking for a motivated customer service representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Support sales and project management in a day-to-day support role.
· Assist the project team in gathering pricing, finishes, and product information for proposal purposes.
· Entering proposals accurately into Team Design for presentation to the client and accurate order entry.
· Place accurate orders with manufacturers as required by the PM and/or Salesperson.
· Develop status reports in preparation for incoming manufacturer acknowledgments for all orders placed.
· Review the manufacturer’s order acknowledgment for accuracy and completeness.
· Ensure complete delivery and installation drawing package and delivery tickets are forwarded to the Installation subcontractor prior to job start.
· Notify the team of any order/delivery issues in a timely manner.
· Follow up with end users and vendors on punch list and warranty issues.
· Confirm substantial project completion to help ensure timely invoicing with accounting.
Requirements and Skills:
· Knowledge of Microsoft programs, Zoom, MS Teams, etc. Experience in Team Design and Core software is a plus.
· Experience with customer interfacing, both internal and external clients.
· Maintain excellent work ethics and team player mentality
· Experience with Office Furniture and related services is helpful.
· Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
· Creative problem solver with attention to detail
